Meetings of Rosemarket Community Council are held at 7pm on the first Monday of each month (except August) When the normal meeting date falls on a bank holiday, the meeting is deferred to another convenient date, and publicised in advance. The meeting venue is either online (using the Zoom video-conferencing platform), in person at the Dawn to Dusk Golf Club, Bastleford Road, or other venues as publicised. Venues for specific meetings will be advised in conjunction with the publication of meeting agendas. Members of the public are welcome to attend both online and physical meetings as observers, but due to legal constraints cannot join meeting discussions. However, a ten minute agenda item is included on all regular meeting agendas, for members of the public to raise matters of concern, or make representations on any agenda items tabled for discussion. All meeting agendas are published approximately one week in advance of the meeting date, for information. Minutes of the meetings held will also be published on this webpage in draft form within seven working days of the meeting date. Formal approval of meeting minutes normally occurs at the following regular monthly meeting.
